The city of Jarabacoa is located in the Central Cordillera of the Dominican Republic, in the heart of the country and 530 m above sea level, in the beautiful valley of La Vega. It is surrounded by four major rivers: the Yaque del Norte, the Jimenoa, the Guanajuma and the Baignate. These rivers are the longest in the Caribbean, reaching the Yaque del Norte to have a distance of about 300 km. Other things to note IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE the property Additional rules: · We make every effort to maintain the cabin and its inventory in optimal conditions. In case of maintenance issues during your stay, we will do our best to repair the issue immediately after receiving notice. No reimbursements or rate adjustments are made in the event of mechanical failures such as power, water, cable or television services, electronic equipment, etc. It is the guest's responsibility to report any problems or damages that occur. · Any damage incurred to the cabin or its content during your stay will be withheld and charged to the security deposit plus a 25% service charge. Damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. · No charge will be made without prior notice to guests. · For damages that cost more than the security deposit, an automatic charge will be made to the credit card on file within 14 days of departure unless otherwise agreed in writing by guests and management. · Security deposits will be refunded, less the charges for damages, within 48 hours of check-out. Terms of Use and Property Policies: · The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons for whom it is booked. If a group misinterprets the rule, immediate payment for the additional persons is due, or you might be asked to vacate the cabin without receiving any refund. · Before booking the cabin, you are responsible for reporting the number of people who will occupy the cabin and if there are any special health conditions: allergies, heart conditions, motor conditions, or any special requirements relevant to your stay. We request the name, address, and telephone number of each guest. · Guests are responsible for the cabin and are expected to lock all doors, windows and take care of unattended areas. · The area is a residential community, and we strive to maintain a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of neighbors and guests. We appreciate your effort to follow this rule. · House parties or loud music are not permitted. · Animals or pets are not permitted.
