A stunning, modern luxury home in beautiful surroundings near Sevenoaks in Kent with a 1 acre garden, zip wire, sauna, fire pit, pizza oven, large patio with seating, outdoor speakers, trampoline, playhouse & exercise equipment. It is modern and functional throughout. Up to 10 people can sleep comfortably in the house. We have 2 single rooms and 3 double rooms upstairs alone. We have everything you need and more for a peaceful family holiday or get together with friends/family! The space A fully and newly renovated 5 bedroom detached property in secluded surroundings located in the village of St Mary’s Platt in Kent - 15min from Sevenoaks; 20min from Tonbridge & near the villages of Offham, Plaxtol, Borough Green and Wrotham; not far from the beautiful North Downs and near multiple forests and wooded areas yet well connected (2 min from the M26 & the M20) and less than 1 hour to central London by train. Downstairs Downstairs, you will find a stunning & modern open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge with an open fire / wood burner and walnut herringbone flooring with large, neutral tiles in the kitchen. All brand new and in great condition. There is also an office with 3 desks and 1 additional desk under the floating staircase. There is quick, reliable Wi-Fi if you want to work from the house. The kitchen is a modern NEFF kitchen with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, wine cooler, Kitchen Aid, NutriBullet etc. The kitchen also has a TV if you fancy a bit of entertainment whilst cooking! It has all modern amenities that you could possibly need. The downstairs space is large and open plan with a dining space, large kitchen, wood burner, large TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime and a beautiful leather chaise longue if you prefer to read or relax whilst observing the garden and woodlands outside! The downstairs has floor to ceiling large patio doors which can be opened up in the summer to bring nature in! All year round, the property benefits from lots of natural light. The property is light with a neutral decor and a Scandinavian/Nordic look. There is also a downstairs cloak room, a large utility room and a porch. You are welcome to borrow the wellies outside the back door if it’s a wet day 💧 Upstairs A floating stair case made of solid oak with a glass banister takes you to the upstairs where there are 4 bed rooms along with a small tv room (for the kids!). The master bedroom has a vault ceiling and an amazing view of the garden. It also has floor to ceiling windows which means that you can see the stars at night ⭐️ It also contains a master bathroom with a stunning bath and large walk in shower - all brand new with designer with designer interiors. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms - one is a double bedroom with a staircase leading to a snug overlooking a field. The snug is the bedroom and room below is used as a space to study and relax. Contained within this unit is also a brand new designer bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share the third bathroom upstairs which also has a large walk in shower and modern decor. Outside The property is set in a large one garden with a mixture of lawn and woodland and plenty of wildlife! If there are many people in your party (up to 14), then our glamping yurts can also be used. They are set away from the house in a corner of the garden - could also be perfect for the kids have an adventure in if you can’t fit in the house. The yurts are fully equipped with comfortable beds, storage space and lots of blankets. They can sleep 2 and 3 people respectively. They are also brand new. Apart from the glamping yurts, the garden also contains: - a stunning wood fired sauna with an outdoor shower to cool down! It is so peaceful - we highly recommend. - a large fire pit perfect for making s’mores or just relaxing in the evening - a Weber BBQ if you fancy having a BBQ - ample seating and lounge chairs on multilevel terraces to soak up the sun! - a long (and very fast!) zip wire - outdoor speakers for some background music - a selection of bikes and helmets can be borrowed if you fancy exploring the area - for the younger children there is also a two storey play house, scooters, a large trampoline and a selection of ride-on toys. We provide all towels and bedding for 14 people and are very happy to help with dinner recommendations or provide advice on what to see in the area! Just ask! Additional charges: - additional wood for the sauna or fire pit £5 per batch We have lived here for 13 years with our 3 children so know the area well. If there is anything you require please just ask 😊 Guest access Our guests will have access to all the rooms in the house although some of the drawers, wardrobes and cupboard may contain some personal items locked off. There should be ample space for guests to unpack etc.
