Our cozy 25m2 apartment is located in Barrio Ventas in Madrid, just off the inner city limit, about 10 minutes walk from the Plaza de Toros. At about 350m from the metro El Carmen, it allows you to reach the center of Madrid in less than half an hour. The property is located in a residential area, so it is perfect for those looking for a quiet place, but at the same time it is well connected to the center. For up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the street. You may find it noisy and dark. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with a sofa and television, in an open space with the kitchen - 1 bathroom - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190), a desk, and an ensuite bathroom **The bedroom does NOT have a door, but a curtain. In addition, the bathroom does NOT have a door. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning and heating by means of 1 split air conditioning units with heat pump in the living room and has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The hot water is supplied by a 100 litre electric water heater: once the water has been used up, just wait for the water heater to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and paid: there are blue and green zones. Nearby parking: Parking Puente de Ventas Telpark by Empark The washing machine/dryer is the same appliance, 2 in 1. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before.
