After passing the hall, you will discover the 45 m2 dining room with its large semicircular bay window overlooking the garden and its 18th century stone fireplace. In a row, the fully equipped kitchen of a nice size with its granite countertop. Adjacent to the kitchen, a back kitchen where you will find fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and microwave. Still on the ground floor and well away from the living space, a first suite with 200 x 160 bed and its shower room with toilet. The room has direct access to the terrace. The climb upstairs is through the hall where there is a beautiful staircase with a wrought iron railing. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom (200 x 160 cm bed) with private bathroom (bath, shower and double sinks), a bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm), a bedroom with two twin beds (90 x 190 cm), a separate toilet and a second shower room with double sink. The MAS has a 25 m2 summer kitchen with a table for 8 people, a plancha, a bread/pizza oven and a Cassis stone sink. The 10 x 5 secure swimming pool faces south and has a beautiful natural stone beach. 5-seater garden furniture on the terrace as well as a large 8-seater teak table. The property is surrounded by a fully enclosed 4000 m2 garden with trees. There are no neighbors and the place is very quiet. A ping pong table is available in the garden.
