Apartment entrance is the east side of the home with the WELCOME sign on the fence. Backyard is completely fenced with a 6ft fence which separates the apartment and home. Each have their own backyard. Also, please note the Apartment tenant will have to throw their trash in the same trash, respectable as the house tenants which are located on the west side of the house Other things to note For guests staying longer, a supplementary cleaning service is available for $299 per cleaning, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Please ensure all trash and recyclables are placed outside the night before the scheduled pickup to avoid missing collection. Trash pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. A $100 fee will be applied if housekeeping is required to dispose of your trash. Trash bins are shared with the apartment and are located in front of the fence on the east side of the property. One full set of towels per person per stay is provided.
