Red Barn with lake access and sauna

Czerwona Stodoła is a house on the lake, which is located on the edge of the charming town of Łabędzie, located on the Drawskie Lake District, 60 km from Kołobrzeg, surrounded by beautiful lakes and forests. An ideal place for people who like to commune with nature, active recreation, long walks, horse riding and cycling, swimming, or lazy lounging in a hammock. A beautiful garden, a lake, a barbecue gazebo, a fireplace, an infrared sauna and an open, luxuriously equipped space of the house will also help you relax. The space The modernly renovated, pre-war barn is a place with character, in an oasis of peace, where you will be pampered by the rolling meadows, the smell of fields and the sounds of nature. You will find a place to both rest and work, so you can combine a family vacation with professional duties. On the ground floor of the house there is a large open living room of 120 m² with a kitchenette, a relaxation area with a fireplace, a dining room and a corner for bookworms with a library. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, and a large bathroom with an infrared sauna. The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find three more bedrooms. Two rooms have double beds, and one has two separate single beds. In addition, on the first floor there is also a place to work with desks, monitors, a printer and another relaxation zone with deep armchairs and a sofa, as well as a second bathroom. Outside, in the large garden, guests have a gazebo with a barbecue, a fireplace with seats for evenings by the fire, a terrace with comfortable rattan sun loungers and a beautiful view of the surrounding fields, a trampoline and hammocks hung between the trees. In addition, the area includes a descent to a private pier from which you can jump into the lake, fish or just laze in the sun. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire Red Barn, including a descent to the lake, where a private jetty awaits them. Other things to note Due to the open nature of the upper floor with an open mezzanine, the parent or legal guardian is fully responsible for minors. IMPORTANT! You will find tables and countertops made of solid oak wood, which add a unique charm to the interior. Please do not place hot, greasy or wet items directly on the countertops. To avoid damage, we have prepared pads and coasters for dishes and mugs at your disposal!
