Welcome to Lake Corner Haven – a cozy Arnold cabin with private lake access just a 4-minute walk from the cabin, a covered hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit dining. The home offers AC and a powerful generator that keeps everything running if the power goes out. Perfect year-round – from skiing in Bear Valley to wine tasting at vineyards, or hiking in Calaveras Big Trees State Park among the giant sequoias. The space Lake Corner Haven is a spacious and cozy cabin designed for families and groups. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living room, and a lounge/game room. Each bedroom has its own TV for comfort and privacy. 🛏️ Bedrooms • Master Bedroom (first floor): King-size bed, peaceful forest views, TV. • Second Bedroom (upstairs): Two queen beds, ideal for families or friends, TV. • Third Bedroom (upstairs): Full-size bed with TV. • Lounge Room (upstairs): Queen sofa bed, TV, ping pong, air hockey, and a closet full of board games for all ages. 🛁 Bathrooms • Remodeled European-Style Bathroom (first floor): Elegant walk-in glass shower with modern finishes and black tile. • Brand New Half Bath (main level): Modern and stylish with stone-accent design. • Second Full Bathroom (upstairs): Functional and family-friendly, with shower/tub combo and warm neutral tile. ✨ The Highlight of the Home – The Covered Deck The deck is the centerpiece of Lake Corner Haven and the space guests love the most. It includes an outdoor kitchen (sink, grill, mini fridge), a dining table with propane fire pit, and a hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round since it’s fully covered. In the evenings, you can adjust the deck lighting to your mood – soft and cozy or bright and cheerful. 🍴 Indoor Spaces The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room where everyone can gather together. To make cooking easier, we also provide basic condiments like salt, pepper, and cooking oil, along with a selection of additional spices for your meals. 🏖 Lake & Summer Essentials For fun days at the lake, we provide a beach umbrella, 5 adult beach chairs, 2 kids’ beach chairs, 6 beach towels, and a small cooler — perfect for keeping snacks and drinks fresh in the summertime. 🚗 Parking The property has a large driveway with space for up to 6 cars. 🌲 Views Every window looks out to beautiful pine trees, filling the home with peace, privacy, and a true mountain atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living room, lounge/game room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the covered deck with outdoor kitchen, dining table with fire pit, and hot tub, plus the front porch swing. The private community lake is just a 4-minute walk from the cabin, and we provide 10 lake tags so your whole group can enjoy access. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 cars. 🔑 Please note: The garage, pantry, and one closet in the master bedroom are reserved for owner storage and not accessible to guests. Other things to note • We provide 10 lake tags for the private lake (4 minutes from the cabin). Please return all tags before check-out. • Garbage must be placed in the bear-proof box located in the driveway. • Do not leave food or full garbage bags outside on the deck – this can attract pests and wildlife. • The hot tub is covered and can be enjoyed year-round. Please turn it off and replace the cover after use. • A powerful generator is installed, so if the power goes out, the house will continue running normally. • Parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 cars. • Please note: The garage, pantry, and one closet in the master bedroom are reserved for owner storage and not accessible to guests. House Rules • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM • No smoking inside the house. • Pets: Allowed with prior approval and fee. • Parties/events: Not allowed. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Lake tags: Return all 10 tags at the end of your stay. • Hot tub: Cover and turn off after use. • Garbage: Always use the bear-proof box and never leave food or full trash bags outside on the deck.
