It is a new residence with a nice garden, table tennis, a full size billiard table and all necessary facilities for a relaxed and pleasant stay, ideal for families and couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday together. The location of the Villa is peaceful, with complete privacy and just a few minutes drive from wonderful beaches. These and the local tavern can be reached within 5-30 minutes walk. The space Villa Sofia is 1 hour and 20 min drive from the city of Athens and one and a half hours drive from Athens International Airport. A single bedroom with a desk and balcony with an astonishing sea and mountain view. A third bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a balcony with a sea and mountain view. There is also a second bathroom with a bath and a shower and three extra folding beds available for children. On the ground floor, which has also straight access to the garden, there is a large common room (playroom) with a full size billiards table, a table tennis, two more single beds, a couch, a working desk, two chest drawers, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room with a washing machine and a second fridge. There are five air conditioning devices, one for each bedroom and one in the living room area. The garden which is in three levels has many trees and aromatic plants with a lot of playing ground for the children. Drinking your coffee there in the morning, or eating your sweet in the evening, gives you a wonderful and relaxing view to the sea and the bay below. The neighbouring plot has also many trees and it is also available for guests to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the whole of the 1 acre land plot and the neigbouring plot, including the multi level garden, the verandas, the parking, the barbeque, as well as everything else inside the property, which is exclusively yours to enjoy. There is free space for parking three cars outside the house and there is also space for three more cars inside the property's garage. Easy to carry luggages and bags in and out of the house, as all parkings are within 8 metres from the front door and the kitchen door, with no stairs intervening.
