Cozy studio for a perfect getaway near the beach!

My place is located in the tourist area of Combate. My studio is just 7 minutes (walking distance) from the gorgeous Combate beach or 1 minute by car. It is minutes away from other beautiful places, such as Playa Sucia, Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, Boqueron and many more. Also, you can easily enjoy water sports, jet ski, snorkeling, fishing, mountain bike, four wheeler ride and more. Restaurants, pharmacies, bars, supermarkets and gas stations are within a 1 mile radius. The space A completely new structure and everything in the apartment is NEW! It has brand new inverter air conditioner, stove, TV, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, water heater and BBQ grill. Kitchen includes new dishes and silverwares. Bed includes mattresses covers and pillows. Enjoy BBQ area with outside table where you can enjoy a BBQ time with family or friends while enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful stars during the night. The lot is completely private with a big open space with two parking spots. Fences provide security to guests and parking lots. Camping is not allowed. Other things to note Flexible check in time.
