It’s fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and even a few makeup wipes and feminine products. Guest access 🔓 During your stay you will have access to this entire basement unit to include the private washer and dryer in unit to use at your convenience! You will also have access the to shared courtyard where you'll find a wood fire pit, seating, and the shared hot tub patio! The upstairs unit is rented out separately. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🔊 Noise Notice: There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit, which can be noisy at times. This basement-level unit is wonderful, stocked, and clean, but it may not be the best option for light sleepers. ♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
