The space Beautiful scenic cabin with private hot tub located on 100+ acres on the Blue River. This cabin can sleep up to 8 (with additional child accommodations) and is less than 15 minutes from the Choctaw Casino and 20 minutes from Lake Texoma. The cabin is a 3/2 and includes a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The open living/kitchen area features large windows with breath taking views along with a cozy fireplace for those cold day/nights. There are two full bathrooms. The laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. STARLINK internet access! There is a pond located on the property as well as access to the Blue River for fishing and Kayaking (three Kayaks are available for use on premises). The pond is catch and release (fishing license required). There is a large firepit located in front of the cabin, a horseshoe pit, basketball goal, corn hole game along with an outdoor charcoal grill. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. All waste from smoking outside the cabin must be disposed of properly. We welcome pets (max 2) but expect guests to clean up after their pets accordingly. Any damage done to the property is the responsibility of the guest. The guest also acknowledges that the property owner will not be held responsible for any accident leading to personal (guest) property damage, bodily injuries and or death. Guest(s) has been made aware that this is a rural/secluded property and there will possibly wild animals/reptiles/ insects encounters during your stay. It is the guests responsibility to research local wildlife etc.. and any dangers associated. Please respect any wildlife by giving them space and do not approach them. Guests are aware that there is access to several bodies of water on the property and has been advised to take all safety precautions to prevent any accidents, drownings etc.. The driveway to the cabin is gravel/rustic and can be bumpy. Passenger cars should have no issues as long as they take it slow and steady. We suggest a speed limit of no more than 15-20.
