A very comfortable and quiet place to stay in an unbeatable location. The space The accommodation is located in the La Arena neighborhood on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The apartment has been recently renovated and has a double bedroom with a 135 x 200 cm bed and a 32" TV and another double bedroom with 2 110 x 200 cm beds and a 32" TV. It has 1 full bathroom with a shower. A kitchen with all the comforts and utensils. The living room has a chaise long sofa for 3 people, an armchair and a 55" TV It has electric heating (for more information see "Other important details") An excellent accommodation with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in Gijón with an unbeatable location as it is just 50 meters from the number 10 staircase of the Paseo del Muro of San Lorenzo beach Guest access This apartment is rented in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodation has heating via electric radiators enabled from November to April. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6 and 15 degrees, we will have heating available in two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature that ranges between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum heating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day depending on the weather and can be chosen by guests. It is important to understand that heating a 70 sq. meter accommodation like ours is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room (15 sq. meters).
