The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, pots & pans, coffee maker and French press, blender, tea kettle, toaster, etc. BATHROOM The cabin has one main bathroom with a stand up shower. We provide good quality towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap). BEDROOM ONE On the first floor, this bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, with a dresser, lamps, and an electric heater. The window looks straight out into the woods, and has room-darkening curtains so you can get a great night’s sleep. BEDROOM TWO Also on the first floor, this bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, with a dresser, lamps, and an electric heater. The window has the same great view of the woods, and also has room-darkening curtains. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM The upstairs bedroom has a wooden door that opens somewhat awkwardly over the stairs - please be careful. The cabin was expanded from an old hunting cabin that was originally built in the 1960s, so it has some eclectic features! If you want that bedroom to warm up, leave the door open, the heat rises from downstairs fairly quickly. There is also a portable “fireplace” heater in this bedroom for extra warmth. The bedroom has two twin beds and a full bed. There is another desk next to the window that looks out into the woods, as well as a low clothes rack and bins for clothing or belongings. This is a great room for sleepovers… for kids of any age! UPSTAIRS LOFT The loft is a great place for kids, with games, toys, and room to play. There’s a TV with Roku, you can log in to any streaming accounts you have such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. This room also includes a full-size futon sofa, with extra bedding in the storage chest next to it. AMENITIES The cabin is fully stocked for your needs. You have access to a new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. In addition to sheets and pillows for the beds, there are plenty of extra blankets and cushions. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin, the yard with fire pit and sauna, and 18 acres of woods. Feel free to explore! Other things to note The last mile of road to get to this cabin is a dirt road. Most of the time any car is fine, but for winter when snow is on the ground, we recommend 4WD.
