It is located in Playa de Las Americas, popular complex Parque Santiago 2, with heated swimming pool. Very central - everything is within short walking distance: ocean promenade, beaches, restaurants, shops, night life, surf schools. The space Fully renovated in 2023, apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area and oceanfront terrace, getting afternoon sun. Apartment is west oriented and offers most amazing views over the ocean and surfers catching the waves, La Gomera island, Teide volcano peak, city lights panorama at darkness, and of course beautiful & romantic sunsets every night. There's Air Conditioning in the master bedroom. Second bedroom and living room are equipped with powerful ceiling fans for cooling. All apartment is built on one level - no stairs in the property. Master bedroom has 180x200cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and big patio windows leading to the terrace. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and working desk with a chair. All beds have high quality mattresses and storage underneath them (good space to keep your luggage). In the bathroom You will have spacious walk-in shower, sink, Smart toilet-bidet and washing machine (combined washer-dryer). Modern kitchen has everything you could need for cooking/ dining and is equipped with high quality Siemens domestic appliances: large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, combined oven-microwave and coffee machine (beans grinding). In the living room there's dining table, comfortable lounge seating area and Smart TV with streaming services. Big, fully opening patio windows lead to the terrace, where You will enjoy amazing ocean views, afternoon sun and the sound of the waves. Terrace is equipped with table and outdoor seating furniture (all seats with reclining function - just sit back & soak up the sun). There's fast Fiber Optic Wifi throughout the apartment. We have baby travel cot (foldable) with mattress & bed sheets, and a high chair, so families with the little ones are very welcome. Guest access Guests will have all apartment exclusively for themselves. They will also have access to large communal swimming pool (fully renovated in 2023). Pool is heated during winter season. Guests can rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool (prices are per day, and paid for pool lifeguard): Sunbed: €3,50 Cushion: €1,50 Umbrella: €1,50 Pool opening hours: - winter season from 9am to 6pm - summer season from 9am to 7pm Other things to note We kindly ask you to close (roll in) the terrace awnings everytime when you are not using them, or when it is windy to prevent any potential damage.
