The space Brand new single family house with 12 ft ceiling and all modern amenities to call Taj your home away from home and create memories while you are in Jupiter, Juno, palm beach gardens areas. You can host events at the huge backyard, please contact us for the pricing and approvals before planning and inviting guests. We have a Pack and Play and high chair available upon request. Charge your EV with our Level 2 charger while parked inside the garage.(Please discuss with us so we can figure out the additional costs) We are located in a multi cultural upcoming neighborhood close to Starbucks, Publix and other shopping and dining places. We have a eco friendly Nest thermostat that automatically detects when you are away and goes into eco mode , please let us know if you want that feature turned off during your stay. ***Please note that we do not control thermostat when guests stay at Taj. Occasionally you might hear neighbors dog barking or roosters from neighbors, please understand that we can’t control those noises and have already alerted authorities and is under investigation. Guest access Just bring your clothes and we have everything else from Beach towels to toys for toddlers, chairs, Cooler for a perfect beach day. Jupiter has one of the most pristine beaches south Florida has to offer and year round sunshine plus most dramatic sunrises if you are a morning person. Plenty of wildlife you will see from backyard in the lake like alligators, Blue Herons, Woodpeckers, Ducks, Spoonbills etc. Garage is open for guests upon request please discuss with us before using and understand the safety concerns. Other things to note Close proximity to Roger Dean Stadium, PBI Airport(PBI), Ft Lauderdale airport(FLL) and Jupiter, Juno beach, Dog Beaches. See our guidebook for local spots and must visit restaurants. You will also find a personalized itinerary photo book that you can use to plan your stay and have a great time while visiting Jupiter area. Aldi, Publix are just 1 minute away and in walkable distance. Walmart is a 2 minute car ride. We highly recommend going to nearby Jupiter parts for walking and Jupiter dog beach is only 4 miles away which is a great place to take your fur baby’s. Please note that we treat our property for bugs, roaches and other insects every month both inside and outside. But you are in south Florida where bugs, lizards and occasionally garden snakes will be found on the property and can get inside the property if you leave doors or windows open.
