The space Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Escape to our beach-themed primary suite, complete with a king bed, dedicated workspace, multipurpose table, 2 nightstands, and entertainment center with TV. Enjoy the extra closet storage equipped with a washer + dryer in closet. Then refresh in our glass shower using microfiber bath towels + wash cloths. You'll love the fresh linens, pillows, and the peaceful atmosphere of our suite all with direct access to the pool area. Our second bedroom boasts a tropical vibe, with a queen sized mattress. A wicker entertainment stand with a TV, a nightstand table, and a closet with hangers. Each pillow is firm, with soft white sheets, a soft duvet, and orange bed decor located next to a pool exit. Our third bedroom has contemporary touches, with a queen sized mattress. A multipurpose table, storage dresser, a nightstand table, and a closet with hangers. Each pillow is firm, with soft white sheets, a soft duvet, and green bed decor. All rooms provide a bright and airy experience focused on comfort and high standards of hygiene. The secondary bathroom features a bright theme with variations of white, black and gray. With a simple touch of greenery. You'll love the fresh and modern feel of our bathrooms! Kitchen: Our home features a bright, stainless steel-themed kitchen with Whirlpool appliances, a brand-new knife set, coffeemaker, spices, basic essentials, pots, utensils, and a Bria water filter. Our bar stand is stocked with champagne flutes, wine glasses, martini glasses, a charcuterie board set, and cocktail making tools (shaker, drink whisk, stirring spoon etc.) 21+ for the use of alcohol. You'll love lounging in our living room, complete with leather couches, plush grey, blue cushions, and a knit charcoal throw blanket. The wood wicker decor, beach tones, and tropical elements create a relaxing atmosphere where you can connect your streaming service to the smart-tv! Enjoy our deck of playing cards for your leisure located in the white storage compartment next to the tv. You’ll also find a spare iPhone charger and other miscellaneous items. Pool area/patio: Step outside to our glistening pool and patio area. Featuring bright turquoise blue and white marine-themed furniture. At night enjoy our color-changing pool lights for enhanced ambiance, use the pool donut, or ping pong blowup. Relax on our many lounge chairs, multiple seating areas, and patio table with umbrella. Grill up some delicious food on our SMALL SIZE 3-legged grill, and enjoy the extra beach chairs and 2 igloo coolers we provide! You have a direct view of the pool and house, or a private fenced in wood area. We do have additional space at the rear exterior of the home. You’ll find an extra pipe + hose, and the garbage bin area. Guest access All access except for locked utility room in 2nd bedroom. Other things to note Sending a booking request or inquiry means you acknowledge and accept the house rules, manual, and instructions. After sending a request you agree to respond with our code words “Confirm” and “Agree”.
