Fridas Place - huge 160 m2 vacation oasis up to 8 Pax

Welcome to our family-friendly, very quiet accommodation on the edge of the forest with a sensational view over the whole of Villach! Originally built and equipped for my own family, you will immediately feel at home with your family or friends. The space Accommodation: The house is divided into three levels. The main area you rent has a completely separate and private access. In the comletely saperated basement live Agata and Julian, a young family with 2 children, who will take care of you as co-hosts during your time with us and are therefore your first point of contact. They can also give you many valuable tips about the surroundings and possible activities in the region. Your exclusive 160 m2 area in the house looks like this: You will be welcomed by a spacious open staircase, here is also directly one of the three bedrooms with two bunk beds for 4 people - the main living room with a cozy tiled stove, a huge leather couch, an expansive dining area that offers enough space for at least 8 people, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and a laundry room with toilet, bidet and a washing area. You'll also find a small functional office nook in the porch. Via the freely curved staircase you will reach the 1st floor, where you will find the bathroom with WC, shower, washing place and a washing machine. Furthermore, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior rooms. THANKS! Guest access As already mentioned, you will occupy the entire main unit of the house - ground floor and the upper floor. You can park your vehicles in the double carport, protected from the weather. You have your own entrance which is used only by you. Self-check-in with key safe is also possible, if desired. There is also a private (not fenced) garden area, which invites you to linger. From the main level you can access the cozy, very large balcony terrace. Also on the second floor, where the two bedrooms are located, you again come directly to a balcony, from where you can enjoy the evening atmosphere or even the sunset. Other things to note Your accommodation unit is heated in winter mainly by the central, cozy tiled stove. In the transitional period and in particularly cold times, it is supported by an infrared electric heater. Wood for the tiled stove and a briefing on proper heating will of course be given to you at check-in. If this is too much work or too complicated for you, or you just want to be pampered, you can book a "heating service" by us on site. Last but not least: Pets are welcome - for dog and cat, however, an additional cleaning fee of 50,- EURO will be charged. (Hamsters and tarantulas stay free of charge).
