LISTING DESCRIPTION: Our NÁUTICO FLAT SERVICE Condominium is located by the lake, next to the Nautical Club. Come and enjoy this wonderful space. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE STAY: ● We do not have a leisure area in the condominium, our customers will only use the Nautical club, paying only 10.00 per person/day. ● Apartment with full kitchen. ● We do not provide bed/bath linen. ● We do not provide breakfast. BELOW ARE DETAILS OF ALL OPERATIONS: The space OUR CONDOMINIUM DOES NOT HAVE POOLS, so our customers will only use the NAUTICAL WATER PARK BEACH CLUB that is next to our condominium, less than 100m away, very close, having to pay only 10.00 per day and per person. Child up to 6 years old does not pay. Club Opening Hours: 9am to 5pm. Other information. When you enter the club, you can leave once if you want to go to the apartment and return. For example, go to the apartment and then come back. But it has to be warned. This payment will be made at the reception of our condominium. Our condominium charges a ONE-TIME fee of 40 reais at check-in. Check-in ■ hours from 2pm and check out until 11am. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO ADVANCE THE ENTRANCE OR EXTEND THE DEPARTURE OF THE STAY. UPON REQUEST. ■ The club's business hours: ☆Low season: • 09 to 17h; •Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. • Second and fourth closed for maintenance. Except on holiday days. NOTE: CARNIVAL WEEK WILL OPERATE EVERY DAY ☆High Season: • Open every day. The Nautico club gathers pirate themed aquatico leisure for the children's joy, animators for children, lots of green space and a stunning view of the lake corumba. It also has a schooner trip through the lake and jet-ski rental. These tours are aside. The club is not allowed to enter drinks and food. Water is released. The map location on the Air bnb platform is not correct. Our condominium is next to the Náutico club. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only in the outside area. We do not accept pet. DATES: Long holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve minimum rental of 3 nights. ============================= ■ My apartment in the Flat Service Nautical Condominium, the maximum occupancy of the flat is 5 guests including baby. ■ Our apartment has all appliances and kitchen items, if you prefer to prepare your own food. ■ It has internet in the apartment. ■ Because it is a quiet place to rest and close to the lake, the nearest COMMERCE is about 4 km away from the condominium. There are markets, Bakeries, pharmacy and restaurants etc... The center of Caldas Novas is 9km away. The bus station at 9km and the airport 12km away from the condominium. ■ Other Attractive - DAY USE. For only 20 reais you can enjoy a day from ( 09 to 11pm ) at the Hotel Enseada using almost everything the hotel offers. The hotel is very close by, at 400m. Child up to 6 years old does not pay. Payment will be made directly at the reception of the Enseada hotel. Other things to note ● We have: ▪︎ INTERNET AND SMART TV 50 and 32p. ▪ KITCHEN: Air Fryer, microwave, stove and refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender and filter, blender, refrigerator and stove, basic utensils: pots, glasses and cutlery. ▪ 1 double bed with QUEEN mattress. ▪ 03 single mattresses and 05 pillows. ============================= Because it is a condominium, WE ONLY OFFER ACCOMMODATION The accommodation does NOT include towels or bed linens. If the guest is unable to bring them, there is a possibility of renting them directly from our building manager. The accommodation DOES NOT include personal hygiene products such as soap, soaps, toothpaste and toilet paper. Bring a trash bag, too. The accommodation does NOT include meals. The kitchen has basic items for preparing meals. ALL DISHES, STOVE, APPLIANCES MUST BE CLEANED before check-out, and GARBAGE MUST BE COLLECTED, thus avoiding FINES (VALUE 50 REAIS). The condominium has free parking for one car. Loud noise is PROHIBITED in the apartment. NO car stereos. We DO NOT accept pets in the apartment. The condominium has a barbecue area for rent.
