Two minute walk to trains to take you anywhere and Sydney Centre only 15 minutes away. You have a shared parking spot with other tenant or you can park in the car park at rear of building. The house is beautifully furnished and your room is one of two, sharing great common areas The space you will have the King bed room in a 2-bedroom apartment so if there is a second booking at the same time as yours, then you will be sharing the common areas such as kitchen, lounge room, bathroom, laundry, and car spot. If no one has booked simultaneously then you have use of the whole apartment on your own. Guest access full access to the whole house and small table and chair in outdoor area if you wish to smoke or enjoy fresh air.
