Guest access Guests have full access to all main areas of the home, including seven comfortable bedrooms with Smart TVs and a fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The property also includes bathrooms and fresh towels for all guests. Amenities Enjoy a range of essential amenities including Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, ironing facilities, a washing machine, and cleaning essentials for light use. For safety, the property is fitted with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector. Parking The property offers a driveway along with plenty of free on-street parking, providing convenient and flexible parking options for larger groups. Other things to note For safety and privacy, certain areas are not accessible to guests, including locked cupboards, loft spaces, garages (unless stated), and any items marked as private. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please respect the property and avoid accessing restricted areas or neighbouring properties. Any damage or interference with secured spaces may result in additional charges. Other things to note Guest Notes & House Rules Welcome to our home! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay for all guests, please read and follow these house rules: General Rules No pets – unauthorized pets will incur a £500 fee. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by someone over 22, or approved by the host in advance. No smoking inside – violating this will incur a £500 fee. Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. No loud music or disruptive behaviour. Cleaning & Tidiness Use the cleaning products provided in bathrooms and the kitchen after use. Remove toiletries from bathrooms after use; housekeepers will dispose of anything left behind. Do not leave towels in bathrooms; please hang them or place them in your room. Keep bedrooms reasonably tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Use bins for all rubbish to help keep the home clean. Keys must be returned to the lockbox at check-out. Failure to adhere to house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit. Follow agreed check-in and check-out times. Online Check-In (Non-Airbnb Guests) Non-Airbnb guests must complete an online check-in, including uploading ID and providing a security deposit before arrival.
