Bedroom 2 has a private ensuite & the den is set up as an office w/ a desk. Just imagine relaxing on the back porch w/ these serene sunset views, by the cozy fireplace. The space The patio extends out leading to an additional seating area with an unbelievable view of the golf course! Located just east of North Scottsdale and close to dining, shopping, and arts. Come explore AZ with resort amenities and still have your private space! Guest access The hospitality-staffed Verde River Golf & Social Club features a fabulous restaurant, coffee bar, market, resort pools and poolside bar & grill, private dining room, day spa, culinary studio, fitness facility, and much more. If you would like to use the facilities there is a HOA Membership transfer fee of $225 per booking. Other things to note There will be a utility deposit of $1,000 associated with each booking. The owner pays the first $500 per month for utilities. Total electric, water and gas. Anything over this amount will be taken out of the utility deposit.
