The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator reached by a flight of stairs, and features a cozy balcony with table and chairs overlooking the inner courtyard, ensuring silence and privacy. The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a sofa, a sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a kettle. Going on the right of the entrance guests can find the bedroom, complete with a closet, a study corner with a desk and a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
