This newly renovated and furnished apartment is sure to exceed your expectations. Centrally located on The Esplanade with uninterrupted views of the adjacent Surfers Paradise Beach. The space This apartment consists of two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, these beds can be zipped together to form a king. We like the versatility of the second room, as it makes it possible to either accommodate a family or the option of a couples retreat. All you need do is let us know what configuration you require, when making your booking. There is an option for a fifth guest, we supply a king single continous blow up mattress. Best suited for a child, again you will need to request this when booking so we are able to prepare room. A second full bathroom compliments the apartment, complete with a lovely freestanding tub. Perfect for the littlest to bath or the adults to relax and unwind. The living & dining areas are spacious with huge glass stacker doors opening out to the full length balcony. Guests can use the modern kitchen to whip up their own delicious meals, there is even a coffee machine for those who fancy themselves as a barista. If cooking and coffee making isn’t something you like to do on holiday’s, you’ll be happy to know there is a cafe right next door. They serve breakfast & lunch everyday, and dinner on weekends. We provide a one-time essential kit of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits, body wash , shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. If guests need to buy more, there are shops within walking distance. If you are looking to catch public transport, the Cypress Avenue G-link Station is accessible from the back gate of our building. This gate gives you direct access to public transport or a shortcut to walk to the abundance of restaurant, shops, bars, and entertainment options available. You will need to take the apartment fob with you for access. If strolling or public transport isn’t your thing there are plenty of Ubers and Taxis available. Guest access To provide utmost comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole house during their stay. Other things to note - Luggage storage is not available.
 - Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube, and Stan accounts. - Rubbish Disposal: Please use the rubbish chute or designated bins. - Minimum Age required to make a reservation is 25 years old - PARKING OPTIONS: We provide one parking spot in the underground car park. There is also an option for free street parking from 7 PM-9 AM. Alternatively, Surfer’s Paradise Carpark located off Cypress Avenue has paid parking for $6/12hrs. FEE’S Lost key - $150 Lock out fee - $250 ALSO: As part of our check-in process you are required to complete our online check in registration form which will be emailed to you. For this we will require a copy of your drivers licence and your credit/debit card. This is held in our secure software and each document is individually password protected.
