Gîte les Séquoias near Paris & Giverny

Come and relax in the countryside in our cottage located 1 hour from Paris, 30mn from Giverny and 1h20 from the Normandy beaches (Deauville, Trouville ...). We welcome you on our property and offer you a small house renovated by us and independent of our home. Guests can relax in the sauna and the heated swimming pool from May to September and relax in the south-facing garden. Discover Eure with Giverny, Vernon, Les Andelys, castles, parks, forests ... The space 🏠⭐️⭐️⭐️Cottage 3 stars completely renovated. 🍽️The kitchen is very well equipped and very functional (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender ...). Table and chairs for 4 people. 🧺Towels and bed linen are provided (you still have pool towels to bring). 🔥Traditional (or Finnish) 3-seater private sauna (in the bathroom). 🚿Walk-in shower. 🛌The 1st floor is cramped because under the eaves but very cozy and welcoming. It could be not confortable for tall people! You will find 2 small bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds) and a rest area, reading corner, office and tous for children. You will access to the floor via a spiral staircase (be careful, very narrow, mind your shoulders!). 🏡An outdoor area is dedicated to you with table, garden chairs, parasol. There is also a petanque court and a calisthenics structure 💪🏼 🛝Children can use the gantry, sandbox… 🌭🏸⚽️🎯🎾 A small barbecue is available as well as outdoor games, board games and books. ✈️ Please also note that the house is near an air force base and that planes sometimes fly over the property. This is occasional! Last thing to know : when the weather is hot, it is very hot in the bedrooms... No aircon, sorry ! But we provide 2 fans. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation, the sauna, the patio of the accommodation, the swimming pool and the garden. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note We also offer personalized sports coaching with Sonny, a certified trainer. He can introduce you to or help you rediscover Muay Thai, boxing, or provide a cardio boxing workout 🥊👟💪. €40 per hour of coaching. Don't hesitate to ask us for more information.
