This comfortable 2 person renovated barn house ‘La Petite Sapience’ with private garden is located at the border of the quiet medieval village Sap en Auge. You'll stay in a stylish studio-like holiday home with downstairs a living, dining and kitchen area and a separate modern bathroom. The bedroom with a 2-person bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. The private garden has garden furniture en sun loungers. The dinner table is also suitable as a nice workplace. The space Bed- and bath linen are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas-cooker, fridge, dishwasher and other utensils. The bedroom is upstairs, the double-bed is 2m x 1.60m and there is a wardrobe. In the bathroom (downstairs) you’ll find a shower, two wash basins and the toilet. Guest access The holiday home is located at the right site of a larger renovated -150 year old- characteristic french barn. The owners live at the other side of the same building at the far left. The holiday home has its own entry with a private fenced garden. The renovated barn is situated on a larger terrain, with on the other site the farm house and a large garden with food forest, chickens are scratching around.
