A fantastic place, tucked in the pleasant village of Mattersay, just 4 miles south of the popular market town of Bawtry. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The space Walk into the hall way with the stairs to the left of you, down the hall there is a cosy living room with log burner. At the end of the hall there is a stylish open plan kitchen dining area. Large equipped space with dining table, the kitchen leads off to a conservatory with great views of the garden. There is also a utility/boot room which is a great space to wash the dogs after a long walk. The garden in fenced in and provides a great space for your four legged friends and kids alike. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The first bedroom is a spacious double room looking onto the back garden and surrounding fields. The main bedroom has a king size bed and single bed with a full wall of fitted wardrobes. Guest access You will have the the whole house to yourself, the 3rd bedroom is not accessible Other things to note The house is in a quiet village, 10 minutes drive from both Retford and Bawtry I’m a countryside setting great for walking and cycling Log burner is available please bring your own logs
