The space The bungalow with a 15m2 terrace is equipped with a comfortable sofa and dining area, right on the garden, a magnificent view of the ocean, orchards and coconut trees. On the ground floor, you will find a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, a living room, a pantry with a washing machine and dressing room. 12 steps to get to the bedroom, consisting of a double bed, the bathroom and toilet. It is well insulated and ventilated. We do not need an air conditioner, a fan is enough to get through the hot season since we are located at an altitude of 280 meters, the air is fresher and more pleasant. You can sleep with the windows open, they are equipped with mosquito nets. The view is even more beautiful from the bedroom window Guest access The bungalow is built on the second floor of our property. It is completely independent, with its own fenced garden. It will be reserved exclusively for you, with a separate entrance from my house above on the second floor. I live alone, and I'm discreet. The bungalow is too small to accommodate children, but you can invite friends for lunch or dinner - I don't think that's inappropriate. Parking is at the bottom of the site, on chemin Barret. Designed for two spaces, it's free and private. Other things to note The accommodation is located at 81 bis, in a very quiet area off the main road, which ensures a certain amount of peace and quiet. On Reunion Island, many houses are built on sloping ground, so there is a 15-metre concrete ramp to climb, and two steps to reach the accommodation, so it's not accessible to everyone (see photos). Just for information, on the first floor of my house, I rent a room with a terrace with airbnb (see comments) it's all upstairs and there are no opposite neighbours to disturb your privacy and tranquillity in your bungalow. I would ask just one small thing, for the safety and comfort of all, not to smoke in the room, the terrace is pleasant enough for that. Candles are not allowed. Thank you I do not charge any cleaning fees to avoid you incurring extra costs, but it is up to you to manage in exchange. I do a thorough clean-up after each stay, as living in the open air in the tropics is not that simple. For longer stays, you will therefore be required to do your own cleaning.
