Great dog walks/cycling nearby The space A modern spacious new build, 11 minute drive to Eden. Reverse accommodation with views over the valley and countryside. Set in a rural hamlet just outside of St Austell with easy access across the road to the many miles of clay trails to St Austell, Eden and Wheel martyn museum. Great for traffic free dog walking and cycling. Ideal for long or short breaks all year with underfloor heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms and radiators upstairs. There is also an electric portable stove, additional warm blankets and plenty of doggie towels for muddy/beach walks. Nearest dog friendly beach is Carlyon Bay 10 mins drive, Tesco Express is 4 minute drive. Large Asda, Tesco and Lidl in St Austell just down the road.
