The Concord cottage is in a prime location one block from downtown Pentwater and less than a quarter mile to the sandy beaches and sparkling waters of beautiful Lake Michigan. Downtown Pentwater is a quaint, coastal village with restaurants, sweet treats, shopping and a village green for a short nap or local events. The space Mears State Park is a short walk from the cottage and offers sandy white beaches adjacent to a harbor pier. The Concord Cottage accommodations include a master bedroom with a queen bed, family room with dining/game table, bathroom with tub shower, kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven & microwave. There is a bonus room with two sets of bunk beds with 4 twin beds and a sleeper sofa. There are 2 Smart TVs with wifi connection in both the main living room and the bunk room. There is a peaceful, screened in porch in the front and a deck in the back with a propane grill to make dining decisions a little bit easier. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and pots/pans. For your beach excursions, we offer 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella.
