Kitchen is fully equipped with very modern utensils and dishwashers, which many apartments in PR do not have. In the kitchen you also have everything you need to cook, eating utensils, and some spices for your favorite recipes. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with premium mattresses and premium bed lining, air conditioning and bedside table with lamp. Main bedroom has en-suite. All open areas have very comfortable and good quality furniture. On the terrace you have views of El Yunque. The terrace area is set up with an additional kitchen, an excellent barbecue area, and a roof that makes it perfect for an outdoor private experience, which makes this apartment unique. Stop searching, you found it! Guest access The apartment offers two parking areas with no additional charges. To get to the apartment you will need to climb stairs, there is no elevator. The complex has a door with direct access to a very nice beach. You can also enjoy 5 pools along the complex: a river-shaped pool, slide pool (open only Saturdays and Sundays), a pool near the beach, 2 playgrounds for children, a mini golf course, we have the gulf sticks in our apartment for the exclusive use of our guests, 2 tennis courts, a green area for children to play football, a half basketball court and a volleyball court. Other things to note 1. For a separate fee we can give you a supermarket purchase before your arrival of up to 20 items, or a meal prepared by one of the best cooks on our work team and we can also design your trip after answering questions about the preferences of your family group and/or friends. Once you book, take advantage and ask me about that. 2. The Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the premises and NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Make sure your number of guests on your reservation matches the number of names you submit.
