Other things to note HOUSE RULES : . 1. No additional fees except of electricity. Electricity - 7 THB/kW please switch off air conditioning when leaving any room. We do collect an electricity deposit upon check in - this is to cover electricity. The deposit is 1000 THB per night. From this amount we will deduct the electric upon checkout, and return if remainder or you will settle the rest if applicable before you leave the property. We will capture a photograph of the electricity official meter reading, and the same will be done upon check-out. 2. Please do not put toilet paper or sanitary items inside the toilet. 3. No smoking in any indoor area of the villa, if our staff can smell cigarette smoke inside the villa, this will incur an automatic 10,000THB charge per each time it was noticed to guest account. This is not negotiable and will automatically be charged from your damage deposit. 4. Any damage to the house furnishings will be charged with a minimum of 1,000THB, or if the value of the item is higher than 1,000 THB with an original purchase price. 5. Please keep all the towels and bedsheets clean – use them by their direct function. Do not leave any permanent stains on it. Stained Towels will need to be replaced at the original price, which will be billed back to the guest. 6. Please put all garbage into designated trash bins outside the property. Do not leave garbage in any other areas. 7. Please no glass in the pool and pool area. If this is not adhered to and any broken glass occurs around the pool, a fee of 20,000THB will be payable for draining the pool checking for broken glass. 8. Please NO LOUD MUSIC or PARTY AFTER 10:00PM Feel free to have some music inside the house but please close all windows and doors to respect your neighbors. 9. Please park your car at designated parking areas. 10. No pets allowed 11. No durian please. 12. Please do not move furniture inside the villa without permission. 13. Please keep all your valuable belongings inside the safety deposit box. 14. We will personally greet you upon arrival and departure at the accommodation during the check-in time interval. 15. Late check-in available upon request only 16. There are no extra charges for additional guests, as long as the maximum capacity of the property is respected. HOUSEHOLD For a stay of more than 3 nights we offer free cleaning on day 4 with change of towels. Bedsheets are changed on day 7. If you need extra cleaning, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements at least 48hrs before. POOL SERVICE The pool of the villa has a weekly cleaning Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Our pool team have a gate key and will work quietly and quickly to give you as much privacy as possible whilst ensuring the pool is maintained to the best of your ability. GARDENING and PEST CONTROL Every 2 weeks our gardener services the garden. Once a month, the pest control team helps us to ensure that the villa remains insect free as much as possible. Also allow me to share some important details to ensure a seamless arrival and a delightful stay: To commence your adventure in the utmost comfort and convenience, a Private Van driver stands prepared to whisk you away from the airport to your exquisite villa. For a nominal fee of 1500 THB, this seamless transfer will transport you to our welcoming abode, where we eagerly anticipate your arrival. Let us take care of everything, allowing you to embrace the magic of Phuket from the moment you arrive. You have just to confirm your reservation with us, arrival time, flight number and number persons, then the driver will be waiting you with a sign in your name. We will personally greet you upon arrival and departure at the accommodation during the check-in time interval. Flexible check-in and check-out times are possible, depending on availability. Our team is available 8.00 am to 20.00 pm to assist you with any issues during your stay. Families with children are warmly welcomed, and we are pleased to provide a baby cot and high chair for your little ones upon request. To ensure your comfort, we provide one bath towel, one small towel and one Pool towel per person, along with a set of shampoo, and shower gel for each bathroom as welcome. Additionally, a welcome package awaits you in the fridge.
