Welcome to Casa Rural Ana María en Aín! Ideal refuge in the Sierra Espadán for up to 6 people. Ideal for families or friends looking to disconnect or telework (good connection). Unique 🚴‍♂️ environment for hiking, MTB and visits to the Castle. In the summer, enjoy the public outdoor pool (pay in town). 28 📍 km from the beach and 75 km from Valencia. The space Layout of the house by floor: ​• Ground floor: Cosy dining room with wood-burning stove, ideal for winter, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, pans, pots and two coffee makers (Italian and Dolce Gusto). ​• First floor: Room with a double bed (we have a cot and high chair on request, or an extra bed as an option) and a full bathroom with a shower. ​• Second floor: Room with two comfortable 90x190 beds, a 135x190 sofa bed and a second full bathroom with a shower. ​• Third floor: Attic room with a sofa bed for two people and a desk specially designed for working from home in complete peace and quiet. Guest access ​Enjoy the house with total exclusivity: ​Guests will have full and private access to all the rooms and floors of the house as detailed in the description. You won't share any space with other people or with the hosts. The accommodation is 100% yours, so you can feel at home in Aín! Other things to note ​🏞️ Useful information about Aín and the surrounding area: ​• Food and shopping: In the village, there's a shop that sells fresh bread and homemade pastries every morning. You can also visit El Celler de la Ibola to taste the fantastic local wines. The local bar/restaurant has an outdoor terrace that's ideal for eating while the children play (booking is recommended). ​• Leisure and sport: Aín has a children's playground, a pelota court, a five-a-side football pitch, a paddle tennis court and a gym. ​• Nature: Don't miss the beautiful picnic area by the river, equipped with tables and paella pans, as well as the endless hiking trails that start from the village itself.
