Situated 3 back from the beach front and on the walkway, spend your days swimming, surfing or relaxing on the beach and evenings relaxing on the deck, enjoying a bbq and soaking up the views. Pauanui is the perfect little paradise, with all cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, surf beaches, golf courses & bike trails walking distance from Beach Road. Please note linen is not included The space This holiday home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and living with large bifold which open out onto the deck. Bedroom 1 - down stairs queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - down stairs queen bed Bedroom 3 - upstairs, queen bed with ocean views Bedroom 4 - Upstairs, queen bed with views out to the coromandel ranges. Plenty of space to park your boat, outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Please note this property does not have Wifi or laundry facilities, Pauanui does have a laundry mat located at the Pauanui Sports and Recreation Centre. Linen is not included in the nightly rate but is available for an additional $35 per person. Guest access Guests will have full access to the 4 bedroom home, garage and sleep out not available for guest use. Other things to note Please note linen is not included.
