It is easily accessible from the motorway (exit: Ljubljana Center). The bus station is 10 minutes walking distance away. Enter a cute hallway that leads to a bathroom with a shower, comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with a kitchen that offers a beautiful view of greenery and an exit to a green terrace where you can enjoy in morning breakfasts, afternoon coffie or just relaxing and simply do nothing. It's decorated with a home away from home style in mind. Don't worry about mosquitoes, we have mosquito nets. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the price and it is paid in cash at the check-in or through AIRBNB resolution center. Tourist tax for adults is € 3.13 per night. Children under the age of 7 are exempted from paying the Tourist Tax. For children aged from 7 to 18, the tax is halved, which currently amounts to € 1.57 per night. Tourist tax for adults is € 3.13 per night. On the day of arrival due to local laws, you must hand over your personal documents (passport or identity document), incase of self check-in, send me a copy of your ID/passport documents with picture, first name, last name, date of birth and country and document number to send to the police and tourist office. A copy of legal documents is mandatory for all guests visiting Slovenia. You must send me a valid copy of your documents with all the necessary information before your arrival.
