Near SM Batangas City (5minutes walk). The quoted nightly rate is for 1 pax only so there’ll be xtra nightly charges for the other guests. Only the caretakers has the gatekey to ensure that only registered Airbnb guests are inside the Compound. NOTE: there is a 10PM gate-curfew. BUT they are there 24/7 so arrangements for exception can be made with them. CCTV. Wi-Fi. Private water supply/heater. BR with AC & a queensize bed. Kitchen/ref/basic condiments. Laundry room for handwashing. The space CCTV around the building. Minimalistic. Custom-made beds/furnitures. Carrier Inverter AC’s. FOCUS on HYGIENE: washable protective cover for the pillows and mattress; no cushions on the chairs so they can be thoroughly cleaned. FOCUS on YOUR PRIVACY: the caretakers are only provided with your first name; how many you are and your booking dates. Guest access The main gate and the whole unit that you booked Other things to note FREE PARKING: Only 2 spaces inside the compound and on a «first come-first served» basis. Otherwise eh street parking. The neigborhood is quite safe: no problems yet since Aug 2019 even with brand new CRV’s. (Knock on wood 🙏)
