Built in 2023, CASA PALMERA, brand new Luxury Villa with pool is the ideal accommodation for couples, families or party of friends. You will fall in love with the cozy, tranquil and romantic ambience of our property. Modern decoration, top class amenities and high-end facilities will charm you. The space Villa Casa Palmera is located in a private estate of 2000 m2 and has a heatable swimming pool of 60 m2. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, offering everything one can imagine for a comfortable and memorable stay. Pool heating up to 28°C is available with an additional charge per day and a notification is required three days in advance. Guest access On the 2000 m2 private estate, a private parking lot for two vehicles, protected from weather and with a CCTV protection system. Other things to note ∙Up to two pets are welcome, with an extra charge of €150,00 per week. ∙A gardener is scheduled to visit the villa every Saturday at approximately 11:00 a.m. ∙Visits are not allowed. Only the residents can access the house. In the event of a violation, the owner has the right to request the immediate removal of the guests from the villa, without being obliged to refund the corresponding amount to the guest, while retaining the right to request compensation for the use of the facilities by persons not included in the agreed number of the reservation.
