The Estate Hulu Rening

The estate Hulu Rening is a private retreat cabin located in Batang Kali, about an hour drive north of Kuala lumpur. It is a private property nestled on a cliff in the forest. Its architecture is based on the topography of the area. Therefore, do note that our accommodation is not a contemporary hotel or resort that provides high-end comfort. It does, however, provide a sense of escapism for our visitors whilst experiencing a blend of nature and industrial architecture together. The space The villa features: • 5 bedrooms with king-sized beds • 5 bathrooms • A spacious living and dining area with open views of the forest • A fully equipped kitchen for light cooking • A private outdoor deck overlooking the river valley • BBQ area and outdoor seating Guests can enjoy the natural surroundings, do light hiking, dip their feet in the nearby river, or simply relax in the forest breeze. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and outdoor areas during their stay. Parking is available on-site, and self check-in can be arranged. Please note that the road to the property is a private access road — suitable for normal cars but requires slow driving as it passes through a forest & village area. Other things to note Although the property is currently unsuitable for children and persons with disabilities, visitors may bring children at their own risk. We will not be liable for any loss, damages or injury whether fatal or otherwise, or to their personal effect arising from whatever cause. Kindly be respectful towards the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum in the evenings as this property is located in the middle of Hulu Rening village. We do not tolerate smoking inside the property and any failure to adhere to our no-smoking policy shall bare penalty charges. The cost to repair any damages towards the property including art pieces, furniture and others will be deducted from the security deposit. There is no wifi, idd and no safe guide provided at the outdoor jacuzzi.
