The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa composed of two holiday homes. It can accommodate up to 5 guests, and a crib for children aged 0 to 2 can always be added. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. In October, guests can watch and take part in the olive harvest and olive oil production, experiencing firsthand an authentic moment of Italian rural tradition. Living Area The living room with SmartTV is a cozy and functional space, designed for moments of relaxation and togetherness. It is the perfect place to gather after a day at the sea, walks, or visits to local villages, in a simple and familiar atmosphere. Kitchen The kitchen is a pleasure to use: the large table invites everyone to stay together, while the induction stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, cookware, and coffee machine allow for stress-free meal preparation, letting guests enjoy every moment. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms: one double room and one double room with an extra single bed. The spaces are designed to provide comfort and good organization, suitable for families as well as small groups of friends. Bathroom The bathroom is practical and well-maintained, designed to offer convenience throughout the stay. Gazebo Outside, the open gazebo is a space dedicated to relaxation and outdoor living. It is the perfect spot to read, sunbathe, or dine al fresco. At sunset, the view of Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, and Monte Carpegna creates a truly memorable atmosphere, making every evening and dinner special. Pets Pets are welcome; we kindly ask you to organize independently everything related to their well-being during your stay, so that the holiday can be enjoyable for everyone, including your four-legged friends. Other things to note In October, it is possible to watch and take part in the olive harvest and olive oil production with your family, a unique experience of Italian tradition. No smoking. Optional air conditioning is available at €15 per day (to be requested at the time of booking). The apartment is delivered clean and sanitized at check-in.
