You'll love staying at this homey, well appointed two-story condo in the heart of the Noho Arts District. Castle Huston sits in a quiet street just off the main strip of North Hollywood, minutes from dozens of dining and shopping options, theatres, and North Hollywood Park; Universal City and Hollywood's Walk of Fame are just minutes away by car or train. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom, use of the kitchen and laundry, and the spacious living room and balcony to relax in. The space Hardwood floors throughout, a spacious balcony, and a gas fireplace highlight this charming and relaxing space. Our friendly, 10-unit complex features a brick courtyard and lots of foliage. Modern appliances and central air/heat ensure your comfort. The many window keep the space light and ventilated. Guest access You'll have your own room with a queen bed, desk, large closet, and antique dresser. You will have your own reserved full bathroom. The well stocked kitchen is available for your use, with oatmeal, juice, tea, and coffee provided for your use. We have a very new washer/dryer in the unit which you are free to use. During your stay I look forward to sharing my home with you. I enjoy getting to know my guests, occasionally sharing meals that I cook and inviting you to join in game nights when I have friends over. Of course, if keeping to yourself is your preference, you will have ample space in your room to work and relax, and I'll fully respect your space and privacy. Other things to note There is a half bathroom on the main floor near the front door.
