Fantastic large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom for your exclusive use. The room has a large balcony with seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views towards Manly. In the room there is a walk in wardrobe area with hanging space and there is also a desk for working at and TV. We have two rooms that we have available to Air BnB so if you are looking to book for two people or two couples please let me know. The space Our home is in Allambie Heights. This is our family home on Smith Avenue. The slope of the drive is steep coming up to the house so careful if it’s wet. It's quite steep (We live in Allambie Heights - but then you get the view 😊 The main floor of our home where you enter has open an kitchen/dining/living space with access to the backyard with pool. The main floor has one bedroom which my husband and I sleep in and a bathroom which the family use. Upstairs - which is all new build, has three bedrooms. Our son and daughter, who are twins of 16 both have a room here alongside the room we rent which has the upstairs bathroom exclusively as an ensuite for you as a guest. We are a welcoming and warm family and invite you to use the kitchen, living area with us. There is on road parking but not part of the property so not always 100% that you can get parking directly outside of the home if required. Please note you are always able to park across the drive if there is space. Guest access You are able to use all parts of the house. Other things to note There is a steep slope leading up to the house entrance. We live in Allambie heights :-) If you need assistance bringing heavy suitcase or bags up the slope please let us know and we will do our best to be available to assist.
