La Casa Rosa at Marbella Residential Complex

The house is in Residencial Marbella, a small and peaceful gated community close to the beach. On site you'll find: pool, jacuzzi, palapa with bbq area, and big gardens. There are convenience and specialty stores within walking distance and downtown Playa is just 3.5 miles away. The house can confortably host up to 8 people, and has onsite parking for 3 cars. It is in a perfect location to take day trips to all the main attractions in Riviera Maya, and also a great place to work from. The space The house is very cozy, it has high ceilings and lots of natural light which lends a relaxing and homey feeling. Residencial Marbella is a small community so the common areas (pool, jacuzzi, gardens) are mostly empty. The house is very well equiped and the staff in Marbella is kind and helpful, always ready to help in anyway. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house as well as the common areas (pool, palapa and bbq, jacuzzi, gardens) of the community. Other things to note The house is pet friendly. Pets are welcome and can play in the gardens of the community, just make sure you clean after them. They are not allowed in the pool area.
