The Cottage Bed & Breakfast

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This 17th century cottage is beautifully appointed and run with love. With a background in catering, the owners, Maz & Simon, are serious about food, and your breakfast will not disappoint. The space This particular room is a self contained cabin consisting of a double bedroom with King Sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Accessed via the host's private garden, it is hidden away at the top of the garden, up a private staircase, past its own natural waterfall. Outside is your own private sun terrace (sun not guaranteed!) with garden furniture. The view from your room is out over the rooftops of Polperro. You are nicely in the centre of the village (350m from the car park, 350m from the harbour), but blissfully tucked away from the hubbub, even at the busiest times of the year. Guest access Breakfast is served in the main house, in our 17th c cottage's dedicated breakfast room. During your stay We are always available to chat. We live at the property and are happy to make recommendations about things to do and see. Other things to note Parking is off-site in the main Polperro car park. You can drive down to the property to unload, and then drop your car back at the car park and forget about it!
