The apartment is perfect for a vacation or longer stays for up to two people. The space The lovingly renovated and furnished apartment is located on the first of two floors of an old building in a quiet and central residential area of Ellwangen. It has a hallway from which all rooms lead. The kitchen has a dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette. There is a kettle, a coffee pod machine, a toaster, stove and oven with pots and pans, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a separate cupboard with dishes. In the living room you will find a sofa and an armchair for relaxing, reading, listening to music or watching TV. There is also access to the balcony. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) and a built-in wardrobe. From the bedroom you have direct access to the daylight bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway, as is the separate toilet. Other things to note The apartment is within walking distance of Ellwanger city center and the train station (approx. 7-10 minutes). Parking is free in the area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. At the train station (about 7 minutes), there is a bicycle parking station where the e-bike can be parked safely and charged. Costs there are €1 per day, €5 per week.
