One can see vineyards and Bully Hill winery across the lake. The beach has 3 docks allowing boat docking. The house has 3 bedrooms and a unique Japanese room for meditation and yoga. It also provides additional sleeping area. WiFi and Roku TV work well. Parking is convenient for 8 spaces. Fine dining in the village. The space Master bedroom is on the main floor and 2 additional bedrooms are in the downstairs. All looking out to unobstructed view of Keuka Lake. Guest access 100 ft of lake front to enjoy. Neighbors are good people. Other things to note Garbage pick up is every Wednesday morning. So please take out garbage to the bin area Tuesday night. Recycles can be left in the can next entrance.
