Apartment was finished in 2018 in a new building. It is located on the FIRST floor of an apartment building in a quiet street close to town center (5 minutes walking). Guests has also its own FREE parking spot in front of a building. Note: Tourist Tax is NOT INCLUDED and is paid additional 2€ per person a night on arrival. Pets are charged additionally - PET PER NIGHT: 10€ The space Apartment features a nicely big living room with a sofa bed ( bed size - 200x140cm) and a 32" flat TV, there is a kitchen with a nice dining table, 1 bedroom with queen bed (160 x 200), bathroom with a shower and a 10m2 balcony with a table and 2 chairs and amazing view of the mountains - perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen comes equipped with all utilities like microwave, oven, cooking stove, dishwasher,fridge, freezer and electric kettle, toaster etc. The place has a good air condition units for cooling and heating and good sound insulation. There are windows shutters on all windows. The whole apartment measures approximately 55m2+10m2 balcony. Guest access I am currently living around 75 km away from Bovec, so I can`t guarantee that I will meet with all my guests in person, BUT I will be always available for any problems, questions that guests may have through my email and AirBnb communication service.
