We are located an 8-minute walk from the Laureles neighborhood, also very close to areas such as the stadium, Comuna 13 (Graffitour). You can park in private parking areas near the building (3 min walk). Other things to note - A photo of your original passport will be required before your arrival. The same applies to visitors. Photos of photocopies of ID/passport, or passwords are not allowed. - If traveling with a minor, remember to bring a civil registration and a document specifying that he or she is your child. Otherwise, if the minor is not your child, you must present a notarized power of attorney specifying the parents' permission for the minor to travel with you, in addition to the minor's civil registry. - 1 visitor at a time. - There will be a $10 fee for early check-in and a $10 fee for late check-out, before or after the set time. - The value of the half night booked is charged for each guest who has not been registered or sent their document (ID) previously.
