This centrally located townhouse is located in Hesse Street. This rear townhouse provides a peaceful and private stay. Close to all that Queenscliff has to offer with easy access to the central shopping precinct, beach, wharf and marina. The space This two-storey townhouse is at the rear of a complex of individual townhouses. It has it's own entrance and private courtyard area. Within the townhouse you will find the following on the ground level: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave, airfryer, blender & Aldi coffee pod machine Laundry including washing machine & dryer Dining area with large dining table & seating Living area with a 3 seater couch, 2 oversized single couches & smart TV Toilet Upstairs: Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed, TV & wardrobe Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV & wardrobe, aircon/heating split system Bedroom 3: Queen bed, aircon/heating split system *note this bed is in a landing area at the top of the stairs. This bedroom has ample space however is not closed off (it is an open space). Bathroom with large shower, toilet & basin Additional beds: Available on booking is a single mattresses that can be set up for an additional guest. The option for a second single mattress may be available, please enquire if required. A porta-cot is available. Outside: The courtyard is private with a large outdoor dining table, bench seating & additional chairs to accommodate a large group. In summer months this area has shade sail protection. A BBQ & two clotheslines are outside also. Guest access Parking & Access The townhouse is in a private group of townhouses with driveway access from the main st of Queenscliff. Parking is available immediately in front of the townhouse, and additional parking spaces are available within the complex. Other things to note Linen & inclusions All linen, bedding and towels are included for all guests booked in. Wifi & streaming Wifi is available for all guests, and netflix is available on the TV in the main living area.
