Located in the centre of Kérity, within the town of Penmarch, this brand new house (completed in March 2023) has all the qualities required for a peaceful and reviving holiday. There are different levels, a mixture of concrete and wood and large bay windows opening directly onto the outside decking. The house is a modern version of a traditional Breton house. The house is built on three levels, creating a dynamic and beautiful space for a 90m2 house. The owner wanted the house to feel homely and colourful. Being a part time artist, she has created paintings that perfectly match the colour schemes of the different rooms for your enjoyment. This beautiful little dwelling near the beach and shops is composed of three sleeping areas that can accommodate two couples (friends or family) with young or older children. MAIN FLOOR: The kitchen area - living room. High ceilings and large bay windows surround the living space and offer great space and light even in gloomy weather (which is rarely the case in Brittany...). This pretty, colourful and very cosy room is composed of a large living area, ideal for chilling out with a good book, watching a series on Netflix or simply inviting friends/family around for a Breton aperitif. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen* is ideal for cooking while staying connected with your friends and family. *Induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer… MEZZANINE : This room, which overlooks the living room, has 2 single beds and can accommodate two people, ideally older children. SPLIT-LEVEL : Sleeping Quarters. Down a few steps from the main floor are two bedrooms of a similar arrangement. Each bedroom has carpeted floors and electrical blinds. They both have extremely comfortable queen size beds, storage and en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms has access to the terrace. EXTERIOR : Kérity house has a large landscaped garden of more than 600 m2. You will find all the outdoor furniture you need to enjoy time outside (tables, garden chairs, gas barbecue, sunbeds...). And for those who really want to disconnect, all amenities are accessible on foot (bakery, grocery shop, cafes, restaurants, fishmonger, market (Wednesday mornings) and beach less than 5 minutes away. You will also find a water hose if you need to rinse wetsuits, feet after having been to the beach or even for watering the plants if you feel inclined! There is a garage for parking a car with space for surfboards, bikes etc... Another car can be parked outside, just in front of the garage. A free car park is also available in case you need it, just a few steps from the house.
