The house is situated close to many popular businesses in Yakima. 3-5 min from Sun-dome, and Fairgrounds. 2-3 min driving to the convention center, 1-3 min off I-82. 1-3 min from Walmart, Target, Mexican restaurant, Olive Garden, pizza hut, Dominos. 1-2 min away from the Pacific University of Sciences. Come enjoy the many wine- tasting around Yakima. The space The house has 3 rooms. One has a queen bed with restroom inside. the other 2 rooms have one queen bed each. One full bathroom is next to the 2 other rooms. Sheets,pillows and blankets are provided. Soap and shampoo are also provided with the stay. There is kitchen and dining area, plates, cups and essential cooking ware are also included. There is also a living room. Free Internet access. free parking outside for up to 4-5 cars. Please note: the house is not intended to be a luxurious home or a 5 starts hotel. The house is a simple family house designed to provided a homie style stay. The house is being used and lived in so, it may not have perfect paint or infrastructure. the intend is to provide a clean environment for a good stay. Guest access Guests are to access the entire home except the garage as we used it to storage. Other things to note House is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhoodHouse Rules Unlock the front door using the automatic keypad. It may require pushing a bit to open the door. Please, be considerate with the use of the central air. Try leaving the temperature at 69 degrees unless the outside temperature below is freezing. Extra blankets are provided. During summer please leave the temperature to 71 degrees as if you try to go lower the A.C. may stop working cooling as it gets forced to. I have noticed that the A.C. works better if the temperature stays fresh instead of freezing cold. In the ceiling of the hall way of the house there is another mini split unit that works the cooling odf the bedrooms. to work it you need to point at the unit. Please, if only one guest is staying in the house, use only one room. Leave used towels and blankets on the floor. Do not make up the used beds as the housekeeper will come and do the laundry. Please, don't bring people that were not on the reservation. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not remove makeup with towels or linen. When you leave, turn off the inside lights; leave on the outside lights; turn the Central Air off and lock all the doors. No smoking, vaping, cigarettes or illegal substances inside the house. If a stain or spill happens just let me know. Washer and dryer are provided, but not soap. Do not bring pets inside the house or an extra fee will be charged to deep clean. Respect check in and check out times. In order to maintain fair prices we ask to be considerate with the lighting, blankets and towel usage. If one or two guests are staying, use the rooms accordingly. It costs extra for the host to wash extra blankets. Please dont just grab blankets to be thrown on the floor.
