The Teepee House is located in Guiguinto, Bulacan, offering a convenient location that is only a 30-minute drive from Balintawak QC, and 45 minutes from Makati using Skyway 3 - NLEX. It's also conveniently located only 12 kilometers away, which is a quick 15-minute drive to and from the Philippine Arena. The property offers 2 cabins that can accommodate 10 to 12 people. The A-frame designed cabins come with their own private toilet & bath, and kitchen with full modern amenities. Guest access When you book with us, you will have full access to the following: TEEPEE HOUSE COFFEE BAR AMENITIES: (SHARED) - Exclusive use of TEEPEE HOUSE COFFEE BAR (2 pm to 10 pm) - 55” smart TV with Netflix, and Karaoke (only if you get a WHOLE PLACE STAY PACKAGE). Note: Karaoke use is up to 10 pm only. - We have pastries, soft drinks, beer, hot and cold coffee for sale. - Air-conditioning (as per request of guest/s for the exclusive use of coffee bar) with an air-conditioning fee of P1,000. - 8 seater long table - 4 seater table - Water dispenser - Lounge sofa - Bluetooth speaker FACILITY AMENITIES: (SHARED) - 2 feet kiddie pool and 4 feet adult swimming pool with fountain and falls. (Use of the pool is from 2 pm to 10 pm only) & (8 am to 11 am). - Outdoor Shower - Guest toilet with bidet - Indoor shower/dressing room with water heater. - 2 sunken fire pit/barbecue griller. (firewood or charcoal upon request and with a minimal fee of P500. Free use of BBQ skewers upon request. - Videoke with Wireless Mic (Youtube). Very secure and inside our compound. - CCTV cameras for security - Solar lights Other things to note - Pet-friendly (dogs are allowed except inside teepee house cabin, and coffee bar). Bring your own cage or you can use our in-house dog cage on site with minimal fee. Clean your own dog poop/pee. - A minimal fee of ₱500 per pet. - No corkage fee but we strictly don’t allow glass bottled soft drinks and glass bottled beer inside our premises especially near the pool area. (only in cans). - FREE Unlimited Wifi (400mbps) - Purified drinking water are also available upon request. - We also accept small pre-nup photo ops, small wedding and birthday venue, seminars, conference meeting room. * We also require a security deposit of P3,000 per cabin upon check-in. Will be refunded upon check-out. * Reservation fee upon booking via Airbnb * Strictly NO SMOKING inside our premises except in designated smoking area (game area/kubo). A penalty of P1,000 will be imposed on violators and be deducted from the security deposit. * No walk-ins. Strictly on a reservation/booking basis. * Only specific guest/s on our guest list will be permitted to enter and use our facilities.
